Day 42

Today I am happy because I seem to be making progress. A person from a particularly hostile and aggressive group has been pushing the limits of sanity with questions and general stroppiness and nastiness this week - I responded to his queries (several times as he essentially kept sending the same question in a slightly different form) and managed to calm down the situation. I'm seeing this as a step forward in my role and I think I might be making an impact.
