Grrrr

Today a senior member of staff in another dept who's new in her role told me that she got paid too much to deal with trivial requests from members and that I should sort them out. Basically she has to keep asking me what she should do in specific situations because I know more about how stuff works than her. Given that the members in question are asking about stuff from her dept not mine and have nothing to do with me seems to have passed her by. Just because I know the answers to her questions does not mean that I am now responsible for the part of her job she can't be arsed to do.

I'm sure that taking more money means dealing with more work or at least learning that you tend to delegate within your own dept.
