My really good friend from work (yes I do like some of the people I work with) came back from hols yesterday. She'd been working out of the office loads and I'd been in London a lot so I hadn't seen her for over a month. We went for a great run after work - only 6.2km but that's more than either of us had done in a while. It was really sunny and quite startlingly hot so I'll have to start planning my runs to make sure they're early or late enough to not induce heat exhaustion!
It was great!
